Project | SCOPE

Each Project is maily devided into 3 Phases, sometimes it moves upto phase 4 also.

Stage 1 (Study & Concepts): Its a foundation phase starts with client's briefing from their marketing, R&D and partner department's member, leads to a brief market study, user need identification and task analysis, environment study, competetive platform understanding, benchmarking and debriefing. Conceptualization starts with handsketches and 3D photorealistic renderings - shorlist the concepts - refine - final selection of the concept/s.

Stage 2 (Going Physical): The Selected concept/s are converted into physical mockup to validate the design with design criteria (desirable and essential) set in phase 1. mock up refined and finalize one design. For GD & Branding projects concept cards are evaluated through small sample size testing in defined environment & situations.

Stage 3 (Engineering & Prototyping): complete engineering model in 3D for manufaturing are made in 3D softwares - released to manufacturer / toolmaker / fabricator / assembly. After finalizing the 3D one set of RP made for final fitment check. For GD/Branding - the final artworks are made and released to printer.

Stage 4 (Support): Sometimes, depending upon the client's requirement Designers / Engineers are placed onsite or support extended till the T1 for production related parts and assembly.
